3.1 The Conduct of the Intercessor

James 3:13-18 Who is wise and understanding among you? Let him show by good conduct that his works are done in meekness of wisdom (v14) But if you have bitter envy and self-seeking in your hearts, do not boast and lie against the truth. (v15) This wisdom does not descend from above, but is earthly, sensual, demonic. (v16) For where envy and self seeking exist, confusion and every evil thing are there.

1 Timothy 4:12b be an example to all believers in word and conduct, in love, in spirit, in faith , in purity,

1 Corinthians 4:1-2 Let a man consider us, as servants of Christ , and stewards of the mysteries of God, (v2) Moreover it is required in stewards that one first be found faithful.

Hebrews 13:17 Obey those who rule over you, and be submissive, for they watch out for your souls, as those who must give account, Let them do so with joy and not with grief, for that would be unprofitable for you.
