HOW to pray - during The Call DC

Interactive Prayer Board

1. INTERACTIVE PRAYER BOARD GUIDELINES:

Please post Prayer Requests Individually
Please post Prayer Requests ONLY Once
Please DO NOT post the same prayer request in multiple location categories. This is not necessary.
Prayer Requests remain on our system for 30 days.
DO NOT use the Prayer Board as ADVERTISING for yourself.
Remember, if you post ONE prayer request, please take time to pray personally over at least THREE others (1:3 RATIO)
Prayer request which are inappropriate are removed on discovery.
Do not post revealing information about yourself or others.
Do not give out telephone numbers or addresses
Do not use full names. Use first names.
Do not make negative or unchristian remarks about another.

2. READ Prayer Requests:

Go to any Prayer Board and on the top left side under the counter go to "Read prayer requests."
Where it says "Choose a state" there is a little arrow pointing downwards
Click on this arrow and a dropdown menu appears
Choose from the menu the geographical area for which you would like to read its prayer requests
Click on Read
If you do not see a single prayer request, that means that in the last 30 days no prayer request was posted in that area
When you see prayer requests, we encourage you to pray over them as you read them, Please go to "4. How to pray for a Prayer request"
International Requests: Click on "Filter: International Prayer Requests"
Where it says "International" there is a little arrow pointing downwards
Click on this arrow and a dropdown menu appears
Follow the procedures as described above

3. SUBMIT Prayer Requests:

Go to any Prayer Board and on the top right side under the counter go to "Submit prayer requests."
Where it says "Choose a state" there is a little arrow pointing downwards
Click on this arrow and a dropdown menu appears
Choose from the menu the geographical area for which you would like to submit a prayer request (often the area where you live)
Click on Post
Enter your current valid email address (THIS EMAIL ADDRESS is CONFIDENTIAL and is only used so that you can be informed when somebody prayed for you) This email address is NOT shared with anybody, not even people who pray for you, know where their personal message goes
Write your prayer request
Click on "Save"
The Database is updated and you see automatically the area in which you posted your prayer request, your prayer request is also the most recent one and you should see it on top
Pray here for three other prayer requests or go to the main board and pray for each prayer request that you entered for three others (1:3 RATIO)
International Requests: Click on "Filter: International Prayer Requests"
Where it says "International" there is a little arrow pointing downwards
Click on this arrow and a dropdown menu appears
Follow the procedures as described above

4. How to PRAY for a Prayer requests:

· When you read a prayer request you see in the upper right corner "Click here to Pray"
Click on it and a separate window will open
You have now the possibility to pray and write a personal uplifting and faith building message for that person, who posted the prayer request
Type your message and click on "Send"
If you choose just to pray and not to write a personalized message click on "Send"
The window refreshes and informs you that a prayer notification has been sent to the person that posted the request - This prayer notification includes on the top your personalized message, then below a generic message to inform about the prayer and to uplift the person - If you chose not to write a personalized message the prayer notification consists of only the generic message
You can now LET A FRIEND KNOW about the Interactive Prayer Board
Just fill in your email address and the email address of your friend and click on "Suggest this prayer system to my friend"
They will get an invitation to visit the Interactive Prayer Board with the following text: "Your friend …your email address…thought you might appreciate the following information"
You can also sign up to receive PRAYER MAIL, which is a regular publication of Hispowerportal, You will get 3 times a week, (Mo, We, Fr) an email with a daily prayer topic and the 5 most recent prayer requests
If you would like to receive prayer mail click on "Prayer Mail Click here"
Fill in your current valid email address and click on "Sign up"

5. Tips for INTERCESSORS and PRAYER WARRIORS on HOW TO PRAY

· Pray LOCALLY - commit either yourself or even better together with a group of intercessors to cover a certain area regularly in prayer - Example: You and two friends, commit to pray each day for 15 minutes for the area of US Ohio, you can enter prayer requests for this area, pray for all requests in this area and lift the people up with personalized messages, develop your area, make the Interactive Prayer System known in other churches and areas of your state, connect with Intercessors around you in your area and develop a plan who takes over which day, so that the whole month is covered in prayer, form a group and let us know how you are organized info@hispowerportal , connect with other prayer groups around the country.
Pray TIMELY - commit either yourself or even better together with a group of intercessors to cover prayer requests from a certain day, eg.: Mona prays for every prayer request posted on the 1st, George and Mary pray for every prayer request posted on the 2nd, and so on..

You can also pray for the prayer requests at the end of the list, which will fall out the very next day- remember prayer requests are only stored for 30 days, on the 31st day they are automatically deleted- Pray therefore for the highest pages as they will fall out first
PRAY with HOLY INSPIRATION - commit either yourself or even better together with a group of intercessors to cover prayer requests which as you read them the Holy Spirit seems to impress on you to pray for that person- Listen to the soft voice of the Holy Spirit and lift up and build and encourage by sharing the Good News
PRAY using SCRIPTURE - commit either yourself or even better together with a group of intercessors to cover prayer requests which you are answering encouraging the people by using the Word of God - Tip: In order that you do not have to retype Scripture verses, use our online bible tool to search for the scripture you are looking for and copy and paste into your personalized message
PRAY with your CELL GROUP - commit either yourself or even better together with a group of intercessors to cover prayer requests which were posted either in your area or for a specific political situation in a country, print out the prayer requests from the Interactive Prayer Board and take it to your next Cell Group Meeting, be the one who takes the initiative- Mobilize Prayer!
PRAY REGULARLY - commit either yourself or even better together with a group of intercessors to cover prayer requests regularly - Find your own system of who covers what and when, but once installed and agreed on , keep on Praying - it is the Lord's joy to see His people praying to Him!

6. ANSWERED PRAYER

If you posted your prayer request and other people have prayed for you or agreed with you and you received an answer from God, please let us know, give us your PRAISE REPORT, TESTIMONY or ANSWERED PRAYER - It builds FAITH to hear that our God answers the PRAYERS of His people! Thank you!

7. How to FORWARD a prayer request to somebody else

You are reading through the prayer requests and you find a specific prayer request that you would like to share with a group of friends. Do the following:

On the bottom left side of that prayer request you find "Send this Prayer Request to another Intercessor via Email"
Click on it and a form will appear where we ask you to fill in the name of the person you want to send to and their email address - if you want you can add a personalized message
Click on Submit Query
Repeat this process for the each of your friends

8. How to LET a FRIEND KNOW about the Interactive Prayer System

Read the instructions about #4 How to PRAY for a Prayer requests and concentrate on the part: "Let a friend know". - Use the Interactive Prayer System and pray for somebody- then let your friends know about it and share it- Thank you for becoming a Prayer Mobilizer and a Kingdom Builder!
You can now LET A FRIEND KNOW about the Interactive Prayer Board
Just fill in your email address and the email address of your friend and click on "Suggest this prayer system to my friend"
They will get an invitation to visit the Interactive Prayer Board with the following text: "Your friend …here it tells your email address…thought you might appreciate the following information" and information how to get with one click to the Interactive Prayer Board
