The Prayer News Service is
a simple resource tool to stimulate prayer on the
local, national and international level. All across
the world, an unprecedented spiritual harvest is taking
place. As the new millennium begins, Christians from
all traditions and backgrounds are cooperating in
new ways to fulfill to the Great Commission. These
are exciting times! With this new emphasis on networking
and cooperation has come a renewed interest in prayer
and spiritual renewal.

CityWatch LA (a monthly evangelical
pastor and ministry leader prayer gathering) is committed
to unity among pastors to pray for revival for our City
of Los Angeles and would like to inform you of several
important changes to CityWatch LA Leaders gathering.

For Hollywood
We began an Internet prayer
news service to alert others to pray for Hollywood.
To see what Jesus has unraveled before us, stirs my
heart to tears. With less than 60 email addresses at
our start and God's vision for the city, the word went
out to any willing to pray. You can imagine our delight
as intercessors began to correspond, first from LA,
then California, then from the states. And still our
God had His wonders to perform. Intercessors began to
commit to pray for Hollywood from far away lands. 'Ethiopia,
Zimbabwe, Australia, Israel and Countries that I can't
even pronounce'. Hollywood truly is on the Father's
Heart. My personal email list has grown from a few to
over 3,000 since May. There is hope for us yet. |
